The Russian occupier took part in an attempt to save the flagship of the Russian Black Sea fleet in April and did not particularly like the idea of dying at sea on another ship. So he was ‘retrained’ as an infantryman to fight in Ukraine. During three weeks of training, instructors of Wagner’s private military company helped him to ‘change his military occupation.’ And soon he was sent on a reconnaissance mission in the Volnovakha district. The first combat mission turned out to be a failure. He received first medical aid from the servicemen of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, who took him prisoner. Now he is alive and says he regrets having taken part in the war against Ukraine: ‘We are not liberating anyone, we are only capturing. We are looters, this is a terrible war’, the invader stated.
